Thirty years ago, Pastors Steve and Wanda Campbell began to dream of a place where people who were downtrodden, disadvantaged and disregarded could find hope … a place of escape from the relentless pressure of gangs, addiction, homelessness and inner city poverty. In faith, they began to build upon their dream, and for thirty years, through a ministry called The Better Way, hurting families have been served, broken lives have been transformed, and hopeless people have been given hope.

Dream Center is located at 38 W. Greenwood Ave., near 5th Avenue and High Street.

Stowe Mission of Central Ohio is a CHRIST-FOCUSED inner-city ministry located on the south side of Columbus. This ministry provides services for Central Ohio Residents in need.

Each year, we honor the life and advocacy of Annie Walker Armstrong (1850-1938) when we give to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering® for North American missions. As a tireless servant of God and a contagious advocate and supporter of missions efforts throughout the world, Annie Armstrong led women to unite in missions endeavors that ultimately led to the formation of Woman’s Missionary Union, for which she served as the first corresponding secretary.

Since 1918, GuideStone Financial Resources has been on a “Mission” to provide “Dignity” to retired Southern Baptist ministers, workers and their widows. These are men and women who have faithfully served God’s people and now find themselves struggling to meet even basic needs. Many served small, rural churches that paid only modest salaries and couldn’t afford to contribute to their pastors’ retirement. Often, these loyal soldiers of the cross had to work extra jobs just to make ends meet.

Lottie Moon – the namesake of Southern Baptists’ international missions offering – has become a legend. But in her time Lottie was anything but an untouchable hero. In fact, she was like today's missionaries. She labored tirelessly so her people group could know Jesus.
